Biography
A member of Accredited’s Internal Operations group, Nicole is responsible for managing the firm’s internal HR processes. She champions the values and vision of the company, promoting a positive work environment and driving employee engagement. She is also responsible for the hiring and onboarding of new staff members, the administration of employee pay, benefits, leave, performance management and the development and enforcement of policies and practices.
Prior to joining Accredited Investors, Nicole worked in Human Resources for 5 years at a local company that specialized in estate recovery services. She also spent 4 years abroad working in sales.

How do you spend your life wisely?
I spend my life wisely by being vulnerable and authentic, and creating a safe space for others to do the same. I listen with empathy, curiosity, and compassion to build meaningful relationships and surround myself with amazing friends, family, colleagues, and food. I smile a lot, don’t take myself too seriously and continue to learn about other people by traveling and creating connections. I spend my time being unapologetically me, relaxing with chocolate, a well-crafted cocktail, podcasts, and puzzles.
