How do you spend your life wisely?

There are a few examples on how I live my life wisely. First, I make sure to keep a curious mindset. It helps me stay open-minded and present in the moment. Second is movement, ideally outside. It makes me feel replenished and ready to take on the day ahead. Finally, spending time with family and friends. I'm greatful to have them in my life, and it's important to cherish those moments with them.

"Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use."
Earl Nightingale
