Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces - Ethics & Values Award 2022

Accredited Investors Wealth Management® has been awarded the 2022 Ethics & Values Award by the Star Tribune, a special recognition as part of the Star Tribune’s Top 200 Workplaces in Minnesota program.

As previously announced, Accredited was ranked #3 in the category consisting of companies with 50 – 150 employees in the Top 200 Workplaces in Minnesota rankings.

In addition, the Star Tribune named Accredited as the winner of the Special Award in Ethics and Values, which celebrates one organization that has successfully communicated the company’s mission and has integrated their values into their culture.

The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Special awards “are based on exceptionally high responses to a specific statement.” For the Ethics & Values Award, the recognition was based on employee feedback on the Values statement within the survey: “Accredited Investors Wealth Management operates by strong values”.

“We are particularly honored to receive this recognition, given how important ethics are in our profession,” said Becky Krieger, Accredited’s Managing Partner. ”We look forward to many more years of serving our clients to help them Spend Their Lives Wisely.”

Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. Klingensmith said, “The companies in the Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”

More Information: To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 4,000 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses. The rankings are conducted annually, and this year’s surveys were completed in early March. No fee was charged to participate in the survey process or the rankings.
