2020 Best Places to Work Award

Accredited Investors Wealth Management® is thrilled to announce that the firm has been named to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 2020 list of Best Places to Work in the Twin Cities Metro Area. This is the fifth year that Accredited Investors Wealth Management® has appeared on the list in the category for companies with 25-49 employees.

More Information: The Business Journal began seeking nominations for the Best Places to Work awards in February. According to the publication, to qualify participants had to have an office in the Twin Cities with at least 10 employees to qualify. The Business Journal described the process: “Omaha, Neb.-based Quantum then administered a confidential employee survey for all Minnesota employees of participating companies. Employees rate their company on a variety of topics, including communication and leadership practices. Quantum contacts employees directly upon receiving email addresses from participating companies.” For companies with up to 50 employees, a survey participation rate of 85% was required to qualify. No fee was charged to participate in the survey process or the ranking. Accredited was previously named to the annual list in 2015-2018.
